Hi Cobalt steel knurls with lapped tooth profiles are slightly harder. and in many applications deliver increased tool life.

Convex knurls in Hi Cobalt steel with TIN or other premium coating for Axial knurling offer a smoother precision finish, longer tool life and lower forces on tool and machine.
